Government Support

Government Scholarship, Loan & Bursary

New Funding Model

Following placement at Maasai Mara Technical and Vocational College, students may be eligible for Government Scholarship, Loan and Bursary support.

  • Students should apply immediately after receiving their admission letter.
  • Government support can be accessed through the HEF portal.
  • If Government funding does not fully cover the programme cost, the remaining balance is payable by the student or parent/guardian.

    Paid once during admission.

  • Trainee ID

    Paid once during admission.

  • Trainee Council Fee

    Ksh 900

    Paid once every academic year.

Important Financial Policies

  1. No cash payments are accepted.

  2. Banking slips must be presented to receive official receipts.

  3. Accommodation costs Ksh 4,500 per term. Meals operate under the Pay As You Eat programme. Accommodation is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  4. School fees are not transferable.

  5. Fee structures may change during training.

  6. School fees once paid are non-refundable.

The fee structure is subject to revision by Maasai Mara Technical & Vocational College and the Ministry of Education, State Department for TVET.
